Quiltwow Back Issues Help page

How are Quiltwow back issues delivered?

Quiltwow back issues are only available on-line. To join, you must have a valid email address.

All correspondence will be by email only. Be aware that the mailboxes of some providers fill rapidly and should therefore be checked frequently. Often, such providers do not advise us that they are unable to deliver a message for that reason.

What happens to my contact information?

Your contact information will be held by Workshop on the Web (our trading name) only and will not be distributed to any other party.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Your credit card will be processed on a secure server operated by Sage Pay (www.sagepay.com) and the amount due will be deducted from your account within 7 days of your order. Workshop on the Web does not have access to your credit card information if you pay online.

What happens once I've paid for my order?

You will receive an email from us confirming your order. If you have not heard from us within three days, please contact . (Please note that the payment as listed on your credit card statement will be to Workshop on the Web.)

Why do you only offer back issues - can I subscribe?

The Quiltwow internet magazine has merged into Workshop on the Web to create a bumper magazine with a wide spread of textile interest. In addition to the innovative techniques already covered by Workshop on the Web, we will have plenty of articles for quilters. So, it will be a really big resource and even more fantastic value for money. The price is staying at the Workshop on the Web level of £15.50 - a bargain when you'll be getting so much more. Subscribe to Workshop on the Web.
